I think I may have to trim it like you said. I even need to trim the oil pan for the MG. The rolled over edge cuts into the frame rails a little. That is, the pan on my REPU engine does. It has those cover things that hold the pan onto the gasket. I guess Mazda deleted them and went with a flat gasket surface on later pans. Sounds like alot of work ahead of you to say the least.

Yeah, to say the least! I'm not even sure if I'm half way done on the GLC yet. Money shortages are partially to blame, but I think it will be solved tomorrow.

I also just sold my piston car. Woo woo! Now to head to the bank and deposit enough for the rest of the parts I need.
