I'm also having a hard time removing mine..
Does anyone has a more easy way than drilling those pins out?Drilling them out is a pain in the *** as they're made from steel that's almost as hard as the drill itself

I don't know how the hell you guys get them out without breaking down the engine. Itos method is to tack weld a few times on the spring pin then grab onto the tack weld with a pair of dykes and pull it out.

The exhaust sleeves are simply to small for the exhaust gases to escape when making 450 hp or more causing the rotor to simply just melt.
