Vacuum Line Routing On An 84 Gsl

I have the haynes manual, and got most of the vacuum lines to where they should be, but theres a few left, and the haynes doesnt have anything on those.



The arrows point to the nipples left, and some of the pics show the same ones, just from a different angle. I need to know where vacuum lines go for these.













And what is this, and where does it go?

Thanks for the help.



If the hole for the deceleration control butterfly valve was never blocked off, would it cause a vacuum leak big enough for the car to not want to start?
