what do u guys think bout a 12A draw through turbo kit is dwar through any good or is it bad and around how much hp should i see using a 48ida carb setup.

I think thats a great way to make power on a budget.Just make sure it does not run lean or kiss your motor good bye.

I think he means using a 12A turbo motor running with a 48IDA webber. It all depends on what boost your going to run.

for 700 I'd rather buy a turbo and make a blow through setup.
