ok guys, finally figured out why the car won't start. the fuel pressure regulator is seized up and doesn't flow anything. other than that no update, still don't know why the car won't turn over on the ground.

Thats funny.

The best bit is laughing at all the troubles after you've got it running.

Whats that quote?? 'Todays crisis is tomorrows joke" or something?

ok, i'm officially out of ideas as to why my car will not start. the only thing i can think of that could possibly be wrong would be the injectors. but i'm pretty sure they're spraying fuel, anyone got 2 low impedence 550cc injectors they wanna sell me?

Common failing with these things is the wiring to the starter. I had to install a relay to dump power directly from the battery to the starter.

Could be that changing the angle of the car makes the connection come good?

Symptoms are that the starter spins, but won't throw out enough to engage the teeth.

Just a thought.

Amanda

PS: putting the front up on stands would let gravity assist the starter to throw.

so what would a remedy be? perhaps doing a relay setup? or replacing the wires for the starter? right now i have the wire going to the starter coming off a distribution block, should i change this?
