My '83 is giving me trouble. it idles great but as soon as i give it gas it starts to vibrate and run rough. it has no power. when it returns to idle it runs rough for a couple of seconds and i hear a thump when the shutter valve moves and it idles smooth as glass. What's my trouble? Do I tie the shutter valve open? Help Plz.
