What if I use some RTV gasket maker (that's fuel resistant) and make my own O-rings? That way they'll fit...
Because, basically the problem is the bore on the rail is larger than the O-rings so they can't seal properly...

that wont work, you may be able to find a bigger o ring though

I picked up an injector seal kit for Bosch-injectors from NAPA. They fit perfectly into the rail but I won't have a chance to test them until later tonight or early tomorrow...I have to help the GF move in to her new apartment, yay

Here's yer stinkin' update!
The O-rings work flawlessly. I allowed the fuel pump to turn on and off multiple times and no leaking. I also spent about 30 mins trying to find the starter plug in the engine bay and finally found it hidden under some sort of protective cover by the driver side of the engine bay.
The starter is wired. Now I just need to run my heater hose, block off a few lines, and get a pigtail for my fan. I bought a thermostat controller not realizing the Haltech can control it for me, but I'm not sure how reliable it is.
Tonight, I will fill the trans with fluid, run the heater hose, connect the fan, and see what happens...

Alrighty, I'm oh-so-close to starting this seemingly endless project, but there are a few loose ends to tie up before turning the key.
1) There are some random (what appear to be coolant) lines that were spoken of before the server crash. Mazdaspeed7 had described what they were for but obviously I don't have that info now. Here are some pics I took tonight of said lines:
Rear rotor, near the tranny:

Weird place on the radiator I assume is for the heater:
