buy a parts car with power windows, swap the parts you need, resell the parts car for same $.....

you need the regulators, switch(es), and the door wiring. the rest of the wiring should be in the car

i did this a couple years ago... i bought the window assemblies (regulator, motor, etc) off ebay... bought an extra fuse block to be on the safe side, and a bunch of wire. picked up a set of window switches from ebay as well... basically you just have to pull everything out of the doors and put the stuff back in... not too hard... the difficult part was running the wires... i have a GS and for whatever reason (perhaps lazyness on my part) i couldn't find the wires in the stock harness, so i ran my own... basically 3 wires... wire runs from your power source to your switches, then from the switches the wires go out to the motors... it's a relatively easy process that you can do in about a day... if you need or want pics, let me know, i can pull my door panel and get pics for you...
