I HAVE A 91 RX7 AUTO/CONV.....AND I HAVE HAD TO CHANGE WINDOW SWITCHES ONE EVERY YEAR FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS, DOES ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, COULD IT BE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM?

Maybe you are getting alot of water on the switch.

It could be a leak, or brittle wiring that has cracked and exposed itself. Could be grounding out on some part of the chassis. window seals and

wiring are inexpensive repairs, besides who likes taking the door panels off and on over and over again. BTW punch the caps lock button, it feel like youre yelling @ me

I would bet that your convertible is leaking on the window switches, just like 98% of the convertibles out there. Have you tried pulling the switch out, taking it apart and cleaning the contacts?
