power window swap

I have an 85 GS that i am fixing up and an 85 GSL that i am using for parts. i would like to take the power windows out of the GSL and put them in the GS. how do i go about this? also, when i have the motor out of the door is there any maint. i could do? both motors work but the drivers side is more sluggish.

When my drivers side got sluggish, I would always tear apart the switches and clean them (or just spray contact cleaner in there). Also, lubing the gear in the door helps and making sure that the window is adjusted right on the track.

I've got all the parts to do the swap as well (I went the other way from power to manual) so if you need repalcement stuff let me know.
