Well i put the passenger switch to the driver window.........and it worked so it is the switch. But, I put the motor in when it was already half way down so when i try to roll the window down it stops itself because it thinks the window is all the way down so i have to take it out again and put everything in the right way.

Well it ended up being the wrong motor.......the gear was too small. The junkyard does not have anymore motors from fb's but he has a lot of fc's so does anybody know if i could put an fc window motor in a fb?

You should have cleaned out your switches before you went and bought the first motor.

Its always the switches. They aren't on a relay, so they arc and build up with ****. If you get some electrical contact cleaner and silicone spray, they will be as good as new.

Otherwise, get new switches, just remember to get momentary on rocker switches.
