Hey everyone. My first post on this site. I've got a '79 RX7, bone stock with the exception of an aftermarket stereo. Got the car from my wifes family. Used to belong to her Grandfather. He was a meticulous man who kept incredible care of this car. The only thing that seems to be missing in this car is an interior trim piece that I'm only guessing goes across the back trunk area just under the rear window. All I have now is carpet that doesn't seem to fit right without something covering it. Does anyone own a '79 that might know what is supposed to be here? I would very much appreciate it. I've included a photo of the area I'm talking about.

If you are in WA then we have a couple of these in the junkyard in Nisqually. I think there is one with this part in the right color.

You talking about Nisqually Auto Wrecking at the top of the hill on Martin Way? Used to live in Lacey. I know it well.
