anyone have this for there 12a ? How does it sound and how is the performance increase. my cat got so bad that the overheat light would stay on so i figured id just go straight pipe. now do i have to remove emissions for the racing beat pipe ?

 

I'd assume that anything aftermarket you'd have to remove your emissions equipment. My exahust system (Which is custom, but not super-duper) required removal of all emissions equipment. Im not too worried though, we dont have a snuffer test here. Heck, sometimes you can get away with having just a straight-up header. Make sure you idle it though when the cops are around.

 

ya i figurd the emissions would have to come off, at least the pipe leading to the cat, but i know i can just take off the pipe enough to leave it hanging for now, until i get the time to fully take out the rats nest, thanks for the info though
