I have an RB part # S16206 "down pipe" or pre-cat replacement pipe for 86-91 NA's... very minimal surface rust just starting to form, about 10K miles. $50+ shipping. This pipe bolts to your stock exhaust manifold and eliminates all pre cats. It is designed to bolt up to an RB presilencer to eliminate the main cat also.. or you can just weld up flanges to a main cat to make it work.



I also have a new in box stainless steel Catco high flow universal cat with backpressure pipe installed (needed for S4 six port operation) for $60+ shipping.. Just weld up flanges to this and connect to the RB pipe for a complete bolt in assembly.
