my father-in-law has a 85 rx7 and it floods quickly with fuel spitting out carb.. any help out there????

Sounds like the carb needs rebuilt or at least cleaned. I'd throw in some new plugs too.

when i pulled the plugs i was confused i thought the plugs were ruined.... but now i know they are not

Ya that happend to me my first time with an RX-7 Spark Plug. Turned out the plugs were like bran new and not wrecked like I thought. Ya so just clean the carb, if that doesnt help, guess its a rebuild.
