Hi,

I have a 12A EFI Turbo that needs an alternator. Can i use any Rotary alternator or do i have to use a specific one? There seems to be plenty of 13B and 13Bturbo alternators around will these work and fit on a 12AT

Many thanks.

any 84-88 rotary alternator goes right on and plugs right in. the 89+ ones bolt on but need a different connector spliced on.

from what Ive noticed they should all pretty much bolt on as long as you have the right connector and at times the spacer for the long bolt may change. My 80 has a 90 alternator.

If any hava a differant size bolt and spacer that shouldn't won't be too hard to fix.
