If you resurface the flywheel remember to torque the bolt to 350 ft lbs. My 7 never gave me too many troubles in the cold but I also had a rebuild carb on it when I bought the car.

THANX A LOT GUYZ, i got it started 2day, a lot of whyte smoke and rugged running, but it runs fine. I'm gonna park it on the other side of the street so the cold air doesn't blow in the grill. THX GUYZ, now my new clutch

well whatever it was my engine would keep spinning a few seconds after i let off the key, it sounded like shoes in the dryer tumbling. Maybe the starter soleniod wasn't fully engaged. But it works just fine now thats the main point.

Cool.Glad to hear it.Sometimes starter solenoids die before the motor itself so it wouldn't surprise me.

Hey 85Daddy12A, I suggested that to you! Just kidding, I'm glad to hear you got it running.

Well now it won't start again, but i figured what the grinding sound was. It's sparking from the starter from not getting enough juice from my dead *** battery. I just got fired from work last nite so i hope i get a new job soon. But I get paid 2morrow and i'll get a new battery. First I'm gonna put water in the battery. DAMN THING!!!!!
