Hi I just bought a 1982 GSL Rx-7 for $395. The body is straight with no major exterior/interior problems. The 12a engine had been rebuilt 30.000 miles ago, but the automatic (only real bad part of the car) is starting to go. Rather than rebuild the automatic (because i personally can't stand driving automatics) i'd like to swap for a 5-speed. Has anyone ever done this? can I get a list of parts needed or like a "how to" guide. Any help would be great. Thanks

Starter should be the same, will need a manual driveshaft.
