let me tell my side of the story. A person by a name of JUDY call and place a order on a set of 720cc and 880cc injector. The person who call my sales guy never mention those injectors suppose to go into the FC. I don't have any problem taking the injector back as long as it our mistake. I never spoke to him myself, only to someone name judy regrading the shippment. I don't like that fact that you sent me nasty email and threaten us that "if we don't send the money back now, it will be all over the internet." This is the reason why i said we will we charged 30% restocking! We're here to sales products, don't like to have unhappy customer, but i'm not here to be threaten either! please give me a call. i will take care of it over the phone. 760-591-4576

Loi, No a person by the name of Judy DID NOT call and place the order. I DID. Judy is my wife. YES, I did ask, TWO DIFF. TIMES, if they will fit a FC. WAS told yes. I don't know who your getting this info from, but you've been lied to as well. The last time I called, I was told I was talking to the owner and that he was going to call me back. Even got my # again. Never called me back.(that was AFTER I sent the email) Loi, was that you? I DID NOT threaten you in the email. I ONLY told you what WAS going to happen (THE TRUTH). Yes, perhaps I was HARSH in the email but, understand, I was at my end with it. Try to put yourself in my shoes. I do not make threats.



I will have to check with the BBB, CC comp. and our lawyer to see if it's in my best interest to contact you via. phone. If they don't have a prob with it, then I'll call you , again, asap. You must know that I CAN NOT send the injectors back INTELL, I have my money. It's matter of trust. Or lack there of. I'm sure you fully understand that.

 

dude, all u gotta do is send the **** back and u'll get urs back. i think thats the way it works with companies. send back the injectors, then either get new injectors or get ur money back. a company, just like the one i work for will have to take at least a 50% dep on an order to ensure that they are covered when they need to place your order with their factory. so that is one reason y money was collected. i hope this all works out for you. i myself had a friend sponsored by loi, and heard he was a great guy. i dont know him personally and had no experiences with him. but the best of luck to ya

Who said it was worked out? I still don't have my money. I was told, NOT to talk to him. Understand that I now have more then just the $410 I sent them. I'm charged to talk to my lawyer!! That's CASH out of my pocket. I tryed to do this the nice way....I didn't want any of this to happen. Just read my email to him. I was telling him the truth when I wrote it.
