When I posted the 1st reply, I didn't understand why it wasn't giong up. After seeing that all my posts are being previewed ,by a mod, before they appear, I understood why. I've never seen that before and was confused. The sec. time I posted, I only did it once. Sorry.

I startting to belive that maybe you are a tad bias, as sportcarmotion helps to pay bills here.

Maybe I was right, this wasn't a good place to post this.

My question now is, why hasn't sportcar come in to argue his piont?he's been linked

From what I've been told by BBB, their in the wrong.
If I/we were bias then would the topic ever have made it out of the que at all? NO

The topic stands even though it is negative toward a sponsor, I have not commented on the topic at hand, only asked you not to post multiple posts again, guess I should have done it in a PM.

Sorry if you take offense to anyone's replies, but you posted a topic in an open forum, you have to expect a varying view point, it goes with any post you make, not everyone here is going to agree with everything you post.

I am sorry that you feel that by people replying with their good experiences in some way makes them bias, you yourself admitted that you have made positive posts in the past about the company in question, does that make you bias against your own post? NO

If you are looking for a moderator to delete every posts that disagrees with your opinion you've stumbled into the wrong section of the internet. I am sure there are a couple places where the staff is willing to do that for you if that is what you would prefer.

On another note, since you are new here it may be useful to know that i have axed vendors in the past that do not take care of Nopistons members. It's never been about "who pays the bills".

new guys need some slaque...waiting a month for something he was told was in is horse ****..now a week to get them from another person is not a long time to wait..but two extra weeks on top of that is horse **** too..and to be billed for something that isnt shipped either..thats real crap. if it were me I'd have told them that they took payment for something on a c.c. they need to send it that day or give full refund.. I'm not above getting very nasty when I smell outright b.s.

Now no way in hell should you pay a restock fee for the wrong part. just a part exchange...thats what should have been asked for..it usually works..

I can see both sides of the issue...and have been screwed thats why I have NO remorse for vendors who B.S. and honest mistake is a mistake..but when they make excueses they ARE bullshitting.

I believe the "you are blind comment" was because he posted the topic in the wrong place and vosko moved it for him.

Indeed, I didn't mean to give the impression that I was taking a side, in fact I haven't even read the whole post, I was just tired of cleaning out que with 10 or 15 of the exact same posts

In retrospect I should have just PM'd him, my dad.

So, was it actually Loi that the business was being done with? Or was is another person? I just don't see the owner being the one that's hard to deal with...

I know HimniRacing and Loi and am baffled how this deteriorated to this point. Himni is a hella cool guy and I believe him when he says he was patient for a month.

On the flip side I have done business with Loi and NEVER had a problem. He has always gone the extra mile for me.

I am sad it has come to this. But, honestly thats what this area is vendor feedback.

I cannot make all my clients happy all the time either. Some times things go to **** and you have egg on your face with a client. Thats business.
Jim, I think your right. For it to get to this point is NUTS!! I respect you and the things you have to say. Thanks

Like I said before, I did biz with SCM before this w/ no probs. and never thought this would happen. Guess it just goes to show.

I have met himni in person and he is a grade A guy. Very cool and I ended up becoming pretty good friends with him before the day was out. (rx7 bbq)

I don't see how in the world you guys can be rude to him, he has only stated what happened that's it.

I understand that you guys know Loi, and that he sponsors the site, but don't let that interfere with your open minds about the subject. No one is perfect, not even Loi.

I have requested quotes, by email, phone, on specific parts, talked to Loi himself, and never ever heard back from him. Essentially He lost well over $2000 dollars business because of it. (ecu, fuel pump, fuel rail & injectors) I never said anything because he didn't take my money. So I dealt through other people and let it be.

I can't understand why someone posts an obvious and valid complaint and the first reply he gets is "you are blind". What gives?
Mazdadrifter is a stand-up guy. One of the best I've ever met on the forums You said it better then I ever could. Thanks

I take no offense, at all to any of the replies. Guess that's how YOU see it. sorry. If other ppl. have had good experiences with them, then that only makes me happy. By all means, speek the truth. But to up one guy because you know about them and down another, because you don't is, well.........

Never, would I want anybody (mod, you, him, her) to delete any post, ever. People should have live with what they have posted. Again, I think that's how you see it, not me. BTW: NO staff has ever given me extras and no, I WOULDN'T prefer that. Thats not me.
