Sportcarmotion Ripped Me Off

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place. I didn't see a feedback forum. If it needs to be move, feel free 
OK, I never thought I would have to say something neg. about them but, The truth should be told!
The 1st time I ordered from them, I got a Wallbro 255lph off ebay. worked fine. No probs.
Now, about a month + ago I ordered 4 fuel injectors. Two 720cc and two 880cc. Long story short, The 880cc they sent me will not fit into the rail and manifold. THEY ARE THE WRONG ONES!!! I asked the guy at there, two diff, times "they are direct bolt in, RIGHT?" Both times he told me "Yes". I get them and they are useless!!
Here's the last email I sent them so the owner knows what's going on..................................

Understand this, I have been VERY/OVERLY patient with you guys. Let me give you the full brake down.
#1 I email to see how to order 2 720cc and 2 880cc fuel injectors. (that you marked on your web site for Mazda etc.) You replayed with, just give you a call.
#2 I call to place the order and clearly asked "they are direct blot-in for my FC3S 10th ann. RX-7, right?" He told me yes!! <--- LIE #1 I paid for all 4 injectors + shipping ($410.00) and hoped to see them soon. That SHOULD of been the end of it.
#3 I call back after about 2 weeks to check and see what's going on, because they haven't come. It takes many calls because no one ever answers the phone. I pay MORE MONEY (long distance) to here your answering machine and never get my message returned. Finely, I get to talk to a human and I'm told that the 880's had to be ordered before you can ship them out to me and it shouldn't take more then a week <---another LIE. I was also told that you had the greddy 720's in stock and that you could ship them out to me now if I wanted. Being the great guy I am, I told him to save YOUR MONEY & TIME on shipping and just send them all at once.
#4 Another week goes by, MANY more calls and messages to get through, and finally someone tells me that you have them in and will ship them that day. Sense he had them, in your place a biz., I ask again, "They do look the same as the greddys & will bolt right in, correct?" I'm told again "Yes" <--- another LIE He told me that he would call me back w/ the tracking #<--- another lie! HE NEVER DID!
#5 Yet again, Many more phone calls, no messages returned, & my wife was given a tracking # and was told they where already shipped. <---another LIE! Latter, we find out that the # was BS! Again, we call back, many times, (AT THIS TIME I'M VERY PISSED OFF & continue to conduct myself KINDLY) and never got through to anyone. She emails you and was told there was a prob. w/ the 720's and that all the injectors would be mailed out that day and that sometimes tracking #'s are given out before they are shipped.
Long story shorter: They show up here with in 3 days. Open the box, and the 880's are CRAP!!!! THEY WILL NEVER FIT THE STOCK RAIL AND MANIFOLD!!!! I waited over a month for the WRONG INJECTORS!!! You have put me in a position where I can't believe anything you say! At this point, from your track record, I CAN"T even believe the flow rate of any of these injectors.
Top this off, I find out you billed my card for something you didn't even have!! That's WRONG!!! You should ONLY bill when they are ready to be shipped. NEVER BEFORE! But a month+ BEFORE??? WTF!!
I have WELL OVER the $410.00, I paid for the injectors into all of this. My time is VERY VALUABLE and you have consumed far to much of it with this!!
This is what's going to happen. You WILL send me a check for the injectors. All the stuff you guys have done is BS & you know it. You will call my home, as soon as you read this, to inform me that you have sent the check. Please, DO NOT make me take ANY legal actions. It will cost you more in the end. I'm only telling you what WILL HAPPEN, that's all. I have not gone public w/ any of this,the truth and will not if you do the RIGHT THING.
What up sets me the most is, I can not do any more biz. w/ you. I THOUGHT you guys where up to par. I bought my Walbro from you, off ebay and even suggested to you, that you add the word "RX-7" in the listings to bring more REX guys to your pumps. Not just RX7. Maybe you remember, maybe not. Doesn't matter now!

First off, sorry for the delay, we don't know it's has been back order after we place it with greddy. The injectors are what you ordered. 2 720cc and 2 880cc. What is the problem here? just because you ordered the wrong injectors, now you pissed off? we will take it back, but we will have to charged 30% restocking fee.

Hell, maybe I'll start a fake,BS biz too. Maybe I'll sell rotarys but send out 350 chevy's. You ppl. call me and tell me That I sent the wrong engine, I just tell them to send it back, but, there's a 30% restocking fee!!! I'll be a crock like them and make money off selling the wrong parts. Oh, But you would have to get the run around for months before you even get the engine to find out it's WRONG!!! Would you by from me?

Tact. Maybe you should get some. I wouldn't have been nice with that kind of e-mail if it was sent to me. Kill people with kindness and they will go the extra mile for you and would probably waved the 30% restocking fee. Waiting sucks but you have a rotary not a Chevy, it's part of it. You just can't go down to AutoZone and expect them to have parts in stock.

yeah maybe if you showed some sort of understanding he might have waved the fee and been more cooperative.
i havent purchased anything from loi but i have asked several questions and he is always helpful, and when i do need to buy something he will be on the top of my list.

Your not understanding. That was the LAST email I sent them. At that point, I , could be any nicer. I don't think it was harsh at all, considering.
Waiting, I did so. I did alot of it patiently, VERY nicely and conducted myself,for over a month, kindly.That was BEFORE I sent that email. EVERYTHING must come to a end. For this situation, my email was the end. I had no prob with waitting untill the end. Infact, I will go get a link, from a diff. forum, where I was, at that time, still waitting for it.
If you, choose to defind & condone his actions, as if he's in the right, then you have , indirectly, just told me alot about your own personality.
As for your attacking my personality by implying that I have no tact, you couldn't be more wrong. This post was posted for you guys. I get nothing out of it,nothing! Try to keep in mind I simply want the best for other REX owners. I wouldn't want to here that you got robbed by sportcarmotion after I did. What kind of person would that make me?
On to the type of cars I own. I'm very aware of what it takes to get parts for the cars but, if you belive, for one sec. that getting ripped off is ok, something is wrong.

When I posted the 1st reply, I didn't understand why it wasn't giong up. After seeing that all my posts are being previewed ,by a mod, before they appear, I understood why. I've never seen that before and was confused. The sec. time I posted, I only did it once. Sorry.
I startting to belive that maybe you are a tad bias, as sportcarmotion helps to pay bills here.

I know HimniRacing and Loi and am baffled how this deteriorated to this point. Himni is a hella cool guy and I believe him when he says he was patient for a month.
On the flip side I have done business with Loi and NEVER had a problem. He has always gone the extra mile for me.
I am sad it has come to this. But, honestly thats what this area is vendor feedback.
I cannot make all my clients happy all the time either. Some times things go to **** and you have egg on your face with a client. Thats business.

I have met himni in person and he is a grade A guy. Very cool and I ended up becoming pretty good friends with him before the day was out. (rx7 bbq)
I don't see how in the world you guys can be rude to him, he has only stated what happened that's it.

I have requested quotes, by email, phone, on specific parts, talked to Loi himself, and never ever heard back from him. Essentially He lost well over $2000 dollars business because of it. (ecu, fuel pump, fuel rail & injectors) I never said anything because he didn't take my money. So I dealt through other people and let it be.
