After working with Matt's family and the state we have come to a conclusion and agreement that matt montgomery will never be contacting my family again. They will do a better job of keeping him from posting on sites like here and facebook. They advise me that he is a grown man. And they cannot monitor him all the time but they will do their best.
After these considerations the police department has decided to close the case against Matt.
The only crime that was ever committed was his sexually harassing a minor on the internet. Me calling out his scams was never a problem , and the police never had a problem with it. His claim that I had posted his address public was false because it was through someone else and not me. I had exchanged my experience with him through a message with another and they shared.
No matter what matt claims there is nothing happening. Outside of him constantly being called out for lying about parts conditions and applications. This is why he has to hide in the few Facebook groups he has left.
He was just caught again last week scamming people with rotors he was lying about.

Anyone who thinks it's OK for a grown a** man to go on a twelve-year-old kid's profile on Facebook and talk to them about sex all because they got called a profiteer or a scalper. In some rotary page is lacking morality and a terrible character themselves.
Here is Matt Montgomery again confessing that he went on a twelve year old kid's wall to attack because he got made fun of about his prices. That his attack was to talk about his dad's sexuality to the twelve year old boy. We have spoken to the police about Matt's actions and we have decided not to press charges. However, this does not change the reality of the person he is and the actions he has done. . .

Matt Montgomery has gone as far as sexually harassing minors when confronted on his scams and profiteering. I had to call the police and have him criminally prosecuted for harassment to make him stop making fake profiles and lying about myself and my family.
