Purchased a set of Mazdaspeed struts and got screwed.



Man is this guy an idiot. Not only did it take several e-mails to get him to understand that I needed all four struts, I told him from the first e-mail that I had to have the struts on Friday since I had an event on Saturday. Well here it is Friday and I have no struts. He lied to me and said that they we're shipped on Tuesday when I ordered them and never came up with a tracking number until today(Friday). He sent them Next day air, but it is pointless now as I have to be there for tech at 7am and I won't see them until about 10am. What was so difficult about this? If I hadn't relied on this idiot I would be running my car on Saturday instead of losing my $100 entry fee. I had thought on Tuesday that this guy was taking care of me and planned on getting more parts from him, but forget that nonsense. He will see no more of my money and I'll make sure to save others from the hassle of dealing with him.
