Turbo Engineering Corp Customer Service Sucks

I have never dealt with such a lethargic, incompetent, unreliable group of people. I have been trying to give them 1500+ of my money for over 8 weeks. I have had approximately 15 phone conversations with various people there, gone through the turbo sizing process over the phone countless times and by email/fax 3 separate times. They have wasted my time going through 99% of the process repeatedly and are unable complete the final step of telling me what turbo they suggest I buy from them (the whole point of all our discussions).
