Well the temp/huimidity deal that came with my humidor came with double back tape, I taped it onto the lid, it fell off and jacked the deal. So I called them up, told them exactly what happened and they said oh no prob, we'll have a new one too you on Tuesday. How fuggin often does that happen? I was all pissed thinking I was SOL since it was partially my fault for using the privided double back tape. Anyhow, they were very cool about it.
