IMPORTANT--has anyone here ever been scammed by this person?

Ok, over the last three years, there is a guy in the New Orleans area that has been scamming people on RX7Club, FC3S.com, Newcelica, and other forums. Recently, we have finally gotten him backed into a corner enough that he is actually starting to pay people back! IF YOU HAVE DEALT WITH THIS PERSON, PLEASE EMAIL ME at skydivr7673@yahoo.com
NAME--Richmond Abalos, also uses Richmond(or Rich) Prescott
LOCATION--New Orleans, LA, although he has claimed multiple times to be from Florida, Long Beach, Mississippi, and several towns around the New Orleans area
SCREEN NAME--too many to mention....rpmcomputers, ilovebree, jacksonms, rx7vert1988, the list goes on and on.
THE SCAM--he advertises parts for sale, and collects money from buyers, then never sends the parts out. A few months ago, I caught up with him in the middle of a scam on a Celica forum, where he was trying to sell a turbo setup that he did not even possess. The picture he posted was taken from someone else's recent FS thread in the same forum(how dumb). Thanks to this timing, no one sent him the money($1,500.00), but a couple people were just about to send payment.
To date, I have identified at least a dozen people, which have been scammed altogether for more than $2,300.00. He has also tried to scam people, includind me personally, using thepartstrader. he has also been found selling things on craigslist.
If ANYONE has dealt with this guy and has proof of transaction, payment, etc, PLEASE contact me right away. This guy is currently facing grand theft auto charges here locally, and there is a time element I am trying to work with....Admin, please pin this thread, thanks!
