If I'm available to go next year, I'll be staying close to the park, like I did this year, and could help out with food.
If I'm alive I'll go.

13BAce would be good to bring food his car is so fast. anything he brings won't have enough time to heat up even coming from long island

Ok here's the deal. Last year Vosko and I threw the BBQ together kinda last minuet, half assed. Plus it did'nt help that we did the directions @ 3 in the morning the night before. :sleepgo:

Anyway, I'm 99% positive the BBQ will be held @ the same location. A few changes need to be made though. First, Vosko and I will reserve the site in Feburary so everyone will have atleast 3 months to plan for it. Second, instead of everyone bringing food, we will determine a fair $ for each participant to pay. We can eithe accept the $$ by paypal, or regular mail. This way we can get all the food ahead of time. (anyone who shows up last minute will be charged, no freebies, so don't worry.) Third, we need to get a few people to voulenteer to do the cooking. Last BBQ one person did 99% of the cooking which was unfair. Last and most important, We will have some type of award for best of each class I.E. 1st,2nd,3'd gen. So if anyone has connections to get discounts on trophies and or rx-7 parts please let us know.

Well thats it for now, Post any suggestions that you may have. Thanks again to everyone who participated in the first BBQ. This year the goal is 200+ 7's in the show

I don't remember who, but I remember you and someone else live really close to the picnic area. This idea was taken from Bacon's statement about people w/ food showing early, maybe you should have people paypal you some money instead of bringing things and you and the other person in charge can get the food. That way we know the food/neccesities will be there the whole time instead of burgers showing up at 11 and buns at 1230. But just an idea.
cummon onw we all know the ******* with the burgers didnt show up till like 1-1:30

i swear if he ends up bringin the burgers again and shwos up late, ill snap

if were chargin we can get good food! if it was like a honduh picinc id cook (im a chef) but ill be too bussy to stand in front of a grill and feed the pack of hungry wolves, i swear the line was so long i stuck with cookies and soda :tounge:....we could go high tec and grill off a bunch of stuff b4 we tell everone to show up and keep it hot on steamtables, with those sternocan thingys..i mean if we get premaid burgers like the wopper size we could easily cook off 100-200 and have all the fixins on the side, i know it sounds abiit ghetto but it works when the school has bbq-s, this way theres no riots watin for burgers to cook...

but ill prob take the park way all the way up since i know wich way im going now, and by the looks of it now, shees gonna be a trailor queen if she shows @ all, so ill prob be crying when i see everones car...so if i randomly runoff flalin my arms, screamin theres no place like home...dont get wierded out....or if i ask to borrow you keys to "move your car" i live in sj, you car will be there

You haven't been in my car long enough. It gets hot in there! I could put some burgers under my hood. and by the time I get there they should be cooked.

I think that if we plan this thing out it could be really good.
