i'm going tomorrow to get the permits so we will have exact date for the bbq. i assume the easiest way for donations will be to create a paypal account and have the money sit there.

Just a friendly reminder. If you are coming to the BBQ in a non rotary car you will have to park in a seperate lot than the 7's. We do' not have enough room. It's only about 1/8 mile down past the BBQ, signs will be posted.
