How about throwing the idea of having 2 BBQs. 1 in the lower region of the TRI7 club, and the other one in the upper region of the club.

I'll bring more charcoal next time, and JR's wife won't have to do all the cooking. I'm sure we'll be having some events up in Syracuse, so anyone from the north will be welcome here.

i might have a FD that doesn't smoke and leave coolant puddles on the ground for the next one i think we are gonna have to get a designated cook or something. or pay someone :sigh:

I don't remember who, but I remember you and someone else live really close to the picnic area. This idea was taken from Bacon's statement about people w/ food showing early, maybe you should have people paypal you some money instead of bringing things and you and the other person in charge can get the food. That way we know the food/neccesities will be there the whole time instead of burgers showing up at 11 and buns at 1230. But just an idea.

yeah we can do that its not a big deal at all. that is fine with me or i'll make bacon bring the food up a week earlier and throw it in my spare fridge

If I'm available to go next year, I'll be staying close to the park, like I did this year, and could help out with food.
