vacuum leak in my holley .

hola,First time poasting and my english is not very good hope we can understand each other;Well I a have a holley 600CFM vacuum sec. but i do the mechanical thing ;i was fine tunig it and check for a vacuum leak spray carb. cleaner around the throttle body and when i get to the throttle link of the sec.the car try to shut off,then i put some soap water wiht bubbles in the area and the carb.vacuum's in all of it.How can i fix it? also my mixure screw have some marks on it that means that they tight to much and i have to buy new one's but that mean's that the metering block is damege .
