I've noticed since I put the T2 secondary injectors in my 90 n/a vert that my car will not idle correctly. It surges from about 950-1250 rpms constantly and feels alittle rough. I was told by my local shop I probably have a vacuum leak. I checked everything I could think of and couldnt find it. What does it sound like to you guys and what should I check?

I checked the gaskets around the injectors, all the hoses, and the TB gasket.. that one looked alittle flattened out.. I had the TPS adjusted at the shop.. without any leaks it should be idleing at 950 right now and not surging.

hmm its wierd because the injectors are on top, so you dont have to disturb much to get to them

Did you make sure to put the injector grommets back on? New ones will not come with them. Take a piece of vacuum hose and use it as a stethascope. Probe around possible areas while its running, it works wonders.

I had to loosen the plenum so I could slide the TB off because the bolts holding the fuel rail on were underneath it.. I tried listening for it but the engine idles so rough now I can't hear much. It normally idled around 950 but to get it to not stall I got it up around 1700. I tried putting my old injectors back in but it didnt help.
