Has anyone ever heard of this brand? is it reliable?

 

Excel = cheap knockoff. I would be afraid of poor casting, poor production tolerances and lots of weight. Although, Wheelmax claims to sell a lot of them!

i would advise saving a little and getting some nicer rims, but if you do decided to go to Excel, please post your experience!
