T-66 is PERFECT for 400-450 rwhp...

I'm shooting for 19 psi at around 500 rwhp...of course...I' still have to buy the T-66 :P
The spooling problem may have had to do with a problem with his setup. I wonder when he would hit full bost?
even though i've only gone to 5psi . i'm happy with the T78. spools pretty quick for such a big turbo !
Yeah, you're probably making boost at around 2000-2500 RPM's, right?
its starts building boost around 2000-2500, by about 3000-3500 its at 3-5 psi. this is running untuned really rich and just the wastegate spring
The wastegate is what, 15 PSI?
i took out the 1.2bar spring it has a .8- 1.2bar in it now

that freaking spring only took 3 months to get from greddy. oh how i love greddy
Greddy makes some good stuff, but they never seem to do everything as "completely" as HKS.

if i had to do it again. i'd probably go with HKS.... it costs more but their products are more complete to justify the cost

If it's a P-trim exaust wheel the .81 is too small for that turbo on a 13B.. You'd want at least a A/R 1.0... A T-66 is basicly a To4R by the way if you didn't know and that's what I run on my car..

a T66 is a great street/strip turbo, i have a T66 P trim with a .96 housing on my FD and think it spools rather nice. i've only been to 5 psi cause i'm still breaking this motor in, but i think it will spool quicker than a greedy T78, and make simmilar #'s on the top end.

i know a guy who has a T66 with the same specs as mine in a FD with piggy back ecu's that made 530rwhp at 25+psi

the rest of my set-up is all from a greedy T78 kit, wg/manifold. i guess when vosko and I finally finish breaking in our motors, we will have to do some acceleration and hp comparo's.

hey vosko, i'm gonna be tuned and ready to run at e-town on oct 6th if all goes well. wanna have a little fun match? if i win, you gotta polish my intake mani and altenator for me, if you win, i'll hook you up with some parts for your TII...

you might as well race me, since we now see that ernie is too scared to EVER come to NJ

whatta ya think?.....

Sorry the Turbine A/R is .96 not .81

I actually like a bit of lag

keeps my MPG decent plus I hate boosting all the time when trying to do normal driving
