last spring I swapped an 88 N/A into a 1990 miata. I went carbureted (edelbrock 650) for this swap. Now I have dissentigrated two of the side seals and damaged enough of the engine to prevent it from being rebuildable. I am now considering a T2 and continue to use the carb. Does anyone have any info on what needs to be done to allow for positive pressure on the carb?

Blow through setups work well. I know of a few people doing it. One of which is a fellow forum member.....Directfreak (on all forums). He has a 13BRE with a holley carb setup. Made 370rwhp at 15psi with plenty of tuning to be done.

thanks fo the replies. Does any one know of a carb that will take positive pressure from this type of set up with out using a full box around the carb but just a hat to the top? Or what mods have to be performed to a carb to allow boost?
