I wouldn't know how to compare it to a T51, I would say they are the same size. No one here has really maxed out the potential of a 850 - 900 hp turbo anyway.

It is a full ball bearing turbo. I think Marco mentioned he'd seen one run for 2 minutes after turning off the car.

At 15 psi there are a dozen popular turbos that can make similar numbers. Big turbos begin to come on above 20 psi or with crazy porting. No sense flowing more air than your engine can use.

I have stock ports. My engine has never been rebuilt as far as I know. The reason I chose to such a large turbo was so when I finally do need to rebuild the motor, I can do whatever I want without having to worry that my turbo is too small.

I was basing that comment off of other dyno #'s I've seen on lagre turbos. I know Ray Wilson from PFS made 650+ to the wheels at around 30psi on a street ported motor running a t51r. I was just assuming

I don't know if Jeffrilito ever ran @ 30 psi on the dyno or how close to the edge the tuning was. We'll see how hungry Paul is for power this season, but I don't think he will need to go that high. I definitely won't this year, as I will not be on the strip. I would get booted anyway, I don't have a cage. As it is, it looks like I might not be able to compete in SOLO I either without the cage, because of my engine mods.
