can you go bigger than this and still feel comfortable on the street. what would you recommend sense you had/have this turbo? and the t04r will produce more hp power than the gt35/40, right?

Vosko says his t78 is fine on the street, I would say T88/tr1 would be max, but this is mainly a drag application right? Yes, to4R will produce more hp than the gt 35/40.

is the t78 bigger than the t04r? (its ok if you talk to me like i'm stupid). is the manifold for the the t78 also based on a t04 platform (not sure if this is the correct terminology)?

Definitly the T04R or you could go bigger..
Isn't a T04R big enough?For street use anyway.

The To4R and T78 are very simular in what they can do.. the TD07 and To4 also use the same exact manifold flange and they are both great for street use.. I should have my T70 on the car and running here in the next week or so. I can let you know what it's like driving that monster around on the street after I get it all pieced together...

This'll give you 500 flywheel hp @ 15 psi with a half decent port job.

That wheel looks too tiny to produce that kinda power.
