well i got this turbo for free and it is in good working condishon so i would like to use it but it is way to small as you know they come off the 4g63 mistu engines..but anyway is there like a way to just use one rotor to power the turbo and just have like a split manafold??? so one port goes to turbo and the other just goes strait out and conects to the down pipe?? and if it helps it will be going on a 12a...

Do you mean TD04??

No you can't just run it off one rotor.

Maybe get another one of them and run a twin turbo setup but I'm not too familiar with those turbos.

The Mitsubishi TEO4H turbo is a small (small T-3) turbo that isnt really worth messing with. The footprint is specific to that turbo ( and the garrett turbo that was also used on the Chrysler engines) meaning a custom manifold. I believe that the compressor on those turbos is a 13C or 13B. That turbo is not very well liked by the 2.2 guys.
