Idea About Manual Boost Control

UPDATE: I put a WB on my car, and upped the fuel cut. MBC is still cranked all the way down (quick spool), upped the fuel cut to 17psi...and now I'm holding steady at 16psi!
I guess my motor was tired of lugging this turbo around, I need to listen better.
