I think it is too close and the fuel line also.

On the fuel line: You might have trouble with vapor lock on hot days.

I would say the Turbo is too close. It's still going to run, but you will be heating up the air in that passes through that aluminum intake manifold and thus increasing the air temp, reducing or removing any effect your intercooler is doing.
I've never heard about the fuel problem before.

The turbo is fine, thats where all single turbo's go, roughly in that area. There is enough heat that is ommited from the turbo and exhaust that it wouldn't matter if it was 2 inches from the intake manifold, it is still going to be hot hot hot in there. A heat shield or wrapping is a good idea to help with temps, but also keep in mind the velocity of air moving through the intake manifold that comes from the intercooler has very little time to be effected by engine bay heat.

Well I know the fuel line is way to close to the turbo . Its going to be moved . But I think some ceramic coating and some heat material on the intake manifold will work .

Actually, that might look pretty cool.

Oh yeah thats right, I remember seeing it now. Make sure when you weld the wastegate on you have it so it clears the firewall and everthing, but i'm sure you know that already. I had some issues with my downpipe when doing my turbo kit, had to hack it up and re-weld it some so it would clear the firewall and match the midpipe. Are you doing most of the dimensioning with the engine and turbo in the engine bay or going off another diagram or plan?
. No its all custom . My next step is to put the engine back in and work from there and se how everything is going to fit in
