OMG that is hilarious!

Not to hijack this thread, because I really want to see how this is going to run...holy hell it's going to be amazing...but, if the NPR has 2.5" inlet/outlets, would it not cause pressure problems running 3" pipe to and from the intercooler? The only reason I'm asking is because I have a large NPR coming in on Monday and I'm wondering how that's going to mate with my proposed turbo setup...

My NPR came with 3" connections !!!, it works really well , when I tuned to 14psi BEFORE I changed to the twin BOSCH pumps , my intake temps were 95deg F !!! , and thats without my WI running. I also started to upgrade my WI system since one of my Aquamist pumps died. I am now using an upgraded (?) Shurflo pump thats capable of 220psi and 2gpm , the shurflo accumulator and another Aquamist HSV , so my 2 stage system will now be fully adjustable and very high flowing.

The E6k will control one HSV that will inject upstream the turbo from low boost on up and the other HSV will be controlled by the FiA2 and will inject downstream the intercooler some where after 15 psi boost.

If the boost controller hasn't been changed by the time I am done with my WI upgrade , I plan to go ahead and tune using one WG only so that I will get the boost to climb past the spring pressure (12psi) , even with it running "PIG RICH " now it goes to 15+ psi using one WG !! , I dont make as much power though ' cause at that point (14psi +) my injectors are still at 88% duty cycle , so I am getting way too much gasfrom the '044's , I plan to tune for a 12:1 a/f ratio (with the WI of course !).

Sounds awesome. didn't think a standard fd gearbox could withstand that kind of horsepower though ? good luck though I hope to be running that kind of boost and power soon too.

Yep , here's the latest . I got tired of waiting on the boost controller and the new water pump and was also seeing my air / fuel ratios going

off scale below 10.1 / 1 (on my new FJO wideband controller) , so I decided to tune up to waste spring pressure of 12 psi .

I ended up limiting my rev's to 6400 rpm and I am now running somthing like 10.5 to 11 psi boost with ratios between 10.5 to 11.2 for now since I dont have my water injection working yet .

Everything was going well untill I hit 6500rpm , my boost spiked from 12.5 psi up to 21 , seems that one of my wastegates was malfunctioning , I have since opened them up , one was only opening partially , I freed it up and sealed them back up , now boost doesnt go past 12 psi when I'm in third gear , I just have to take it past 6.5K and see what happens.

My highest intake temp was 85deg . F on a 32deg day (and thats without W.I. and my cold air setup!!) , and exhaust temps at 1450deg F . max

I think I'll hold for now until I get my water pump at least , I may just sell the boost controller and get another one. The car is quit fast and Violent down low , but performance seems to drop off as I go up in the revs , I can hear the motor asking for more but of course its not getting it since I'm limited to lower rpm's.

I also cancelled the order for the pump that I haven't received yet , seems the deal was too good . As soon as I cancelled they wrote back saying that they did not get ano of the five e mails I sent before and that the 220 psi upgrade only pertains to the 140psi pump thats included in their kit !.
