Mine had no exhaust leak at first, then the grease burned off and I had a slight exhaust leak. It took about a week and the two ends expanded/contracted to each other and now...no exhaust leak.

From the picture. I can see you need the v-clamp flange for both sides, the turbo and downpipe. I would have someone with turbo experience weld the flange to the turbo correctly. Did you get the flanges to use with the vclamp?

what can say about the T-62. in other words whats the a/r number stamped in the compressor housing and the number on the exhaust housing?
