Found some nipples online.

Page 219 in the McMaster Carr catalog.

rather than order a special nipple, you can do it yourself dave.

buy a nut, drill it out, and tap it to NPT. drill a hole in the bottom of the IC pipe as close to the compressor housing as possible. weld nut to hole, and thread in a NPT nipple than can be bought at any autoparts store. i put mine on the bottom of the pipe, so you can't see the ugly brass nipple.

I'll show you an ugly brass nipple...I mean, since the Tial is backordered until Judgement Day, what's a good alternative?

Davipoo,

Where'd you get the elbow that connects the turbo to the intercooler?

Also, I get my aluminum welding done for $10 a weld....$100 is a$$RAPING.

There are a few places online you can get tight radius aluminum elbows to weld to the compressor housing.. I think I may go this route in the near future.. More stuff to polish! I'll dig up some links and post them.
