Mine showed up today. Anyone know what brand this wastegate is?

Any comments or Opinions are welcome.

I have not heard many incouraging words about these manifolds but i was on a budget and I will give it an honest go. If it cracks then I will be sure to let the forum know.

I am thinking about getting rid of the wastgate on here if I have any problems with boost creep and trying out this one that cheapturbo.com is selling..

That is the new Tial 44mm. I hope you're not in a hurry to get it because it is backordered to god knows when. I have been waiting 2 weeks so far.

Honestly, I think the wastegate that came with the kit will work fine, especially considering that the autochrome manifold places the gate near the airstream going under the car. An ebay vendor I spoke to about the gate said they have been using it for months without a problem. Bear in mind I told him I was shopping it against a more expensive Tial gate that he had in stock.

Your compressor housing looks very nice. Makes me wish I got mine polished

If the one I have works then I will be happy with that.

I have Justin to thank for the polish job. He did it himself.

Bout time.

If you have ANY problems with ANYTHING, be sure to pick up the phone. Actually.. Do your best to crack that manifold, I'd love to see it first hand!

The wastegate is made by Applied Racing Development. Supposedly a subsidiary of HKS, but I have NO idea. It's working great on all the cars it's on so far!

Nah I am fine with the polishing. I haven't been much into polishing lately anyhow. Some bolts were not supplied with the kit Justin. I should have no problem getting them from the truevalue.
