That is the KSP drag car's motor, twin HKS 3037S turbos. Spools enough to get them in the 9's

I guess when you can sit at the line near red-lining the motor spool up isn't an issue.

huh? Igy's twin standard bearing t-04S's spooled on his street port. How would 2 GT3037's(SMALLER than a T-04S and BALLbearing) on a BRIDGEport not be able to spool?

Spooling them wouldn't be an issue, spooling them at a reasonable/streetable RPM is the problem. If I could make full boost by 5-5.5K with a large street port then I'd be all over them. I have no problem spraying, in fact, I like the idea.
