Default Smog help in the 562

Anyone in or around my area willing to help me, my cat after 71k is giving out and I failed the test 4 times for being a little over the hydro carbon limit . I usually have a midpipe on and use the cat just for the test. But I guess I can't anymore. I replaced my coils plugs and wires a couple of days ago, so my ignition system is healthy. I could lend my midpipe as a swap while I test. I know it sounds like a lot of hassle, but it would really help me out. Thanks in advance guys.

Well I didn't get the cel for it but I haven't bothered checking as embarrassing as it sounds since I like to believe i know much about the process of why I'm producing excess amounts of hydro carbons, how is my emissions effected by a failing air pump? . My numbers are ridiculously close I had 4 tests on one of them missing by a point. On the 15 mph I measured a 55 out of a maximum of 55 and passed on the 25 mph I measured a 40 out of a 39 maximum and failed. What a shame. I replaced my coils and plugs failed three more times with numbers not as close but 3 to 4 numbers away from passing.
