So did the 562 billion dollar pork barrel get approved or wut?

Haven't seen **** on the news.
Saw this which leads me to believe we approved all this money for New Orleans. Where is all of this money going? 562 billion should rebuild 5 or 6 states. Are we bailing the insurance co's out? Are we rebuilding people's homes for nothing? I don't get it.

Um, the way it works is--The prostitutes in Congress approve the spending of our money so that their friends in big business can buy nice cars, houses, and boats. There will be huge windfalls for select bureaucrats and certain corrupt upper-level managers. The average Joe will be slogging around in the muck trying to put his life back together.

62 is what has already been SPENT, they are asking for another 500billion to "rebuild"
