Default Carbureted Renesis?

Hello everyone,

This is my first ever post on a forum. I am a 16-year-old student living in Dubai. I love cars and engines. I aspire to become a motorsport engineer. Iv been tinkering with engines for a bit now, I have built a couple of motorcycle engine-powered karts (very sketchy welds) which taught me a lot. I was introduced to rotary engines a while ago but only properly fell in love with them recently. Universities like extracurricular activities so I thought why not do something with a rotary engine. I began looking and found some 13B REWs for around $8000 in Dubai (which is insane). I then found some series 1 Renesis motor for $400 which I took immideadtly. The idea behind the project is to tear it down, port it for fun, rebuild it and start it. It would a showpiece on a stand/pallet (similar to hellcat turnkey pallets). Iv been looking through forums and most carb renesis posts are 7-15 years old. I was wondering if someone has done it properly and knows what needs to be done. For now, this is what I know:

- 12A front cover
- 12A dizzy and full ignition system
- 12A eccentric shaft gear
- Custom oil pan (if the 12A front cover fits)
- Any carburetor as I can make an adapter plate (or am I being silly...)

The idea is to start for a short period maybe a couple of revs. It's not going in a car or anything. like that. I just want some help in terms of do I need anything else or are these wrong. What should I do in terms of oil and water systems, how would get fuel to the carb since its not in a car with a fuel tank or fuel pump. All the help would be much appreciated.

You might be wondering why on earth I would do something like this. Well, I love engines and they fascinate me, I found the rotary engines unique and cool. I am the only car nerd in my year, most kids in my year are smoking and doing drugs. Im here trying to start an EFI rotary with a carb.

Sorry in advance if I said anything cringy.

Any help would mean the world to me,

Thanks!
