This is originally a 12a carb but I have the adapter plate to run it on a 4 port 13B.
Used on my 13B Streetport.
Told by friend that it is 44 DCOE.
Complete with Intake and gasket
Ready to bolt on!.
$400 OBO including shipping.
Will consider trades, looking for a 4 port 13B
