Is a mikuni to small for a 13b streetport? What size is this one?

If its a mikuni 44 like most are for rotaries then I think you should be fine.

I concur with RacerX, I believe it is a 44mm. It should do nicely for a street port.

depending on the size of your port job you could go to a 2.0 needle.
