Is the short shifter MS also, if not what brand is it? What color ends on the CF ****?

Just the rotor? the rear housing should be good as new since it's only got ~8K miles with 2mm ceramic apex seals. I don't thing one rotor is going to be worth the effort of splitting the motor open.

Shifter is mazdatrix. Aluminum normal color end on the carbon fiber shift ****.

I've had tons of people asking about the shifter & ****. You can kind of see it in this pic.
